4. Women’s Conference 2026 – DUE TO THE EXPECTED INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE WOMEN’S CONFERENCE HAS BEEN POSTPONED. A LATER DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE COMING DAYS. PLEASE CONTINUE TO REMAIN SAFE AND TAKE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES OVER THE WEEKEND.

5. Saint Paul’s Fall Festival 2026 DUE TO THE INCLEMENT WEATHER THIS SUNDAY, WE HAVE RESCHEDULED OUR FALL FESTIVAL FOR SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2026. IT SI OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

6. �� FALL FESTIVAL VENDORS NEEDED!�� The Pastor’s Aid Ministry is looking for  vendors for our upcoming Fall Festival on Sunday, October 11, 2026! The vendor fee is only $50. If you would like to be a vendor—or know someone who may be interested—please contact Dr.  Cheryl Flagg-Stewart as soon as possible at 478-461-6132. Spaces are limited, so don’t wait! We  would love to have you join us! 

7. Fall Festival – October 11, 2026 – The Senior Ministry is asking that each member of the Senior  Ministry donate a medium-sized bag of candy or make a $7.00 donation to purchase candy. Please  give your donation (candy/money) to Denise Brown or Linda Allen. Thanks in advance for your  support and cooperation in making this event a success! 

8. Mid-Year Convocation – Thursday-Friday, October 15-16. Host Church: Saint Paul. Volunteers  are needed to help with the success of this important event. 

9. West African Day – This event will take place Sunday, October 18th at 9:30 a.m. GUEST SPEAKER WILL BE DR. CHESTER FONTENOT FEATURING GUEST CHOIR AND TALKING DRUMMER. AFRICAN CUISINE WILL BE SERVED!

10. Save the Date – St. Paul Evening of Elegance – An Evening of Fine Dining, Fellowship, and  Celebration – Saturday, December 12, 2026, 6pm – Location: Saint Paul Fellowship Hall. Tickets  Go on Sale October 1st: $50 per person. See Denise Brown for more information. 

11. Mission Project 2026-2027 – Toiletry Donations for Youth – Due by Greek Day, January 31,  2027. Needed items: toothpaste, toothbrush, flushable wipes, deodorant, soap. Drop off your  donations to Sis. Angela Orr or Dr. Green at any time. 

12. Children’s Church Schedule – See attached. See Dr. Green for more information. 

13. Each Sunday morning brings the opportunity to participate in early morning learning at 8:30 a.m. Join us for  Church School as we have excellent teaching and lots of enjoyment! Please remember to make your monthly  contribution (minimum $5 per month) to our Christan Education Department.  

14. Food Pantry Items are being accepted – Place in Fellowship Hall: 

Non-perishable items that can make easy meals are needed. Thank you. ~ Marie Lamar. Food assistance is  processed through requests made to Saint Paul’s Church office (478-745-0507). For assistance contact Tracy  Peacock or Brenda Hollingshed.
