FREE EVENT: Community Health & Wellness Expo will be this Saturday March 16, 2024, 11:00am-2:00pm at Southwest High School (see flyer). Included are Live Fitness Classes throughout the day. Saint Paul’s very own, Melissa Adkins, Licensed Instructor, will be leading a 30-minute Zumba class at 12:10pm. Hope to see you all there! Especially my Biggest Loser Crew….LET’S GO!!
